I visited the Waldorf, MD location. Excellent service! The staff member was quick, professional, and welcoming. The shop itself was clean, and placing my order was an absolute breeze.
My daughters and I had a great experience at the new Crumbl Cookie! We were greeted by many employees as we entered the shop. There was no wait, ordering was a breeze and quick. The young lady who assisted us was nice and friendly. We didn’t wait long at all to receive our cookies, and they were big and picture perfect! We enjoyed every crumb of those cookies! We will definitely be coming back again and again! So happy to finally have a Crumbl in my city!

The owner is a sweetheart. Came out often to explain why we couldn't wait inside the store. The line was long but they were quick. Most importantly the cookies are delicious! These are no small cookies so save room. I think the cinnamon crunch is my favorite (at least it is this week 😋) …

These cookies were so scrumptious. I can't believe I've been missing out. The cookies change from week to week so don't get attached and if you like cookies within a week pick up some extra. Thoroughly enjoyed. You can order ahead of time. They also have a loyalty program.
